Score sheet
A digital scorecard for five-dice games in the Yahtzee and Yacht tradition. You roll the real dice; this keeps score. Type each hand into its box and the subtotals, the upper bonus and the winner add themselves up.

Type each player's score into its box. Subtotals, the upper bonus and the grand total add themselves up.
How the card scores
The upper section is the six number boxes: score the sum of the dice showing that face. Reach 63 or more across them, three of each face does it exactly, and the card adds a 35 point bonus. The lower section is the combinations: three and four of a kind score the whole hand, a full house 25, the straights 30 and 40, five of a kind 50, and chance whatever the dice add up to.
Every box is used once, so a full game is thirteen turns a player. If a hand fits nothing worth keeping you still fill a box, taking a zero. The Extra Roll Fives row is for the house rule where a second or third five of a kind pays 100 each: leave it at zero if you are not playing it.
